I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

Every time I visit Olenza Beauty Loft for a treatment, my skin feels so renewed in the most natural way. Because I trust Donna's knowledge and expertise and appreciate that she never pushes a product or treatment, I approached her about microneedling and decided to give it a try. I just had my first treatment. Donna included time to numb my face to reduce the pinprick sensation associated with the procedure and followed the session with an LED treatment to enhance healing. She explained each step as she went and provided detailed after care info including samples of products to promote healing for the first 48 hours. My face was splotchy but 24 hours later it's only mildly pink with a few spots.

Bianka’s lymphatic massage method is the most effective I have experienced. I always leave snatched and get even more snatched over the following 48hours with good hydration and sleep.
