It was an amazing experience, Shakira gave excellent service from start to finish. Starting with an intro and explaining as she goes through the facial analysis and service, I felt extremely comfortable, no discomfort. Masseuses and other staff were all as wonderful as in the past. However, the new policy of only having two masseuses available should be reconsidered. In the past we enjoyed being able to do a couple's massage and an individual massage at the same start and end times, so that there isn't extensive waiting around. Even if new owners/management save money by not keeping more than two masseuses on permanent staff, they should have a way of keeping masseuses on call as needed.

This experience truly exceeded my expectations. First of a the facility was equ all of spas inEurope and North America in terms of design decor and ambience . Roxanne was very professional kind and patient and gave me the after care routine and products with very clear instructions. Yesterday was day ten and my brows are healed and look lovely. I had no adverse effectso just slightly itchy at times but they gave ano ointment for that. Now I feel.confident with a beautiful frame for my face. 10 out of 10 for Mint Beauty and their micro blading treatment.

Roxanne was amazing. I don’t prefer needles and my pain tolerance is at an all time low but I must say my experience was a great one.
