Amazing experience! I done microneedling and I was nervous before walking in but from the moment you walk in you notice how much care Tiana has for me as a client and made me feel extremely comfortable, she took time to understand my concerns and treated me accordingly. I really appreciated that as I have experienced other clinics in the past and they just treat me with whatever service without targeting the issue I have or taking the time to understand what my concerns are. Staff were extremely accommodating needed a last minute appointment before going overseas and they were able to squeeze me in. Jessica was lovely and very personable. I started at laserderm many years ago then started going to laser clinics as they operated in the Westfield where I was working then came back about 8 years ago because I was fed up with them. The service and results are night and day. Laserderm is worth every cent.
