I have been coming to Hannah since she first started in Swansea. My monthly membership treatments with her are the highlight of my month. I have lived/travelled extensively around the world, and had many treatments. Hannah's massages and facials are definitely in the top three. Her firmness and lightness of touch are nothing short of intuitive! Hannah is friendly, personable and professional. I'm delighted to see how well she and her team have settled into their new premises, which perfectly reflect their ethos and quality of treatments. I wish you all a long, happy and fruitful future.

FABULOUS!! Really happy with how Naz done my brows today. I jusked walked in and asked about waxing & tinting on my brows. They are so welcoming there, when you walk in. Naz, is a lovely lady and has done my brows the way i wanted them. They are so perfect, exactly what i wanted. They are so neat, i will be definitely going back there. Thanku Naz, I will be back :) ☺️

I had a massage here today and it was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The therapist was professional, welcoming, and immediately put me at ease. I arrived feeling incredibly tense and stressed, and left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. The treatment itself was one of the best massages I've ever had. The pressure was perfect, attention to detail was exceptional, and every area of tension was carefully worked on. The environment was calm, clean, and relaxing, making the whole experience even better. I can't recommend Jennie enough!

Excellent service! A lovely, warm welcome, even for walk-ins and first rate service. All the staff were polite, very helpful and efficient. I was very pleased as I had my hair trimmed and curled, my eyebrows waxed and coloured and all for only about £30. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff are very professional and gifted at what they do.

The whole experience was 5 stars! The ambience of the spa as I walked in put me into a relaxed state before the massage even began. Jenny was very welcoming and took me to the room and gave clear instructions for me to get ready. The bed was soft, warm and comfortable, and the massage was excellent. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed!
