From the thoughtful text message from Alaine a few days beforehand with all the necessary details, to the lovely herbal tea at the end, every part of the visit was perfectly considered. Alaine was warm, friendly, and funny, which immediately put me at ease. The treatment felt completely tailored to my needs and was of fantastic quality. This was my first aromatic body, face and head massage with Debbie. ( A mothers’s day treat that I kept to use now) Organised to have it after my international flight home from US. It was absolutely perfect … hit the spot !!! Will definitely get this booked in for future flights. A most relaxing experience. Can definitely recommend.

The best treatment I've ever had!! I had the back massage, facial and head massage and it was absolutely dreamy. Alaine made me feel really relaxed and welcome from the beginning and I even fell asleep a couple of times during the treatment which has never happened before! Can't wait to book again.

I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

A manicure, followed by back, neck, scalp massage with reflexology was what I needed. From the moment I stepped into the room I felt myself relaxing. In fact I fell asleep through my treatment which was even better. Been here a few times. Service is consistently great, all staff make you feel at ease. Receptionist lady is very helpful and careful about my request. Massage lady Irina is very professional too. Setting is so soothing and clean, I’ve had some great time here. Highly recommended!

I had a superb deep tissue massage with Shidvash. I came in with persistent neck pain, which she was able to relieve significantly during the session. Natalie is a very cheerful and polite young lady. She explained everything she was going to do. My back massage was very strong ( at my request) but also very relaxing. She asked me if I was comfortable with the pressure throughout the treatment. When she did the neck & shoulder part, she asked if I was comfortable with where she needed to touch me and if I was ok with oil in my hair. Very professional throughout. Ann

Very warm welcome from Gemma, room is so Cosy and pretty. Really enjoyed the Dermaplane facial, ice globes were so soothing. I was bought a back massage for a present. I managed to get a booking at late booking totally my fault .Gemmy Gorgeous was very accommodating and I had a wonderful relaxing massage the next day .relived alot of back pain and stress .I felt amazing afterwards and will defantly book again next month and have an hour massage.
