I had recently visited Ricky for a Reiki cleanse and massage. I had never had one of these before so was a bit skeptical. However, during the massage I was kept at ease by Ricky and even during the reiki treatment I felt de-stressed and relaxed during and after the treatment. I had felt tender around my lower back and glutes, however today I feel more flexible, pain free and my neck & shoulders feel lighter. I have been going to Mark on a monthly basis for a few years now. He is very attentive to your needs and will look at various solutions to your bodily challenges. I always like a good back massage but have also pulled and strained muscles along the way which Mark has been able to help to recover. My legs and arms particularly have needed some help and even though the manipulation is uncomfortable at the time it certainly helps in the long run. I would highly recommend Mark. This is my first visit and at first it was Weird but a good feeling weird. Going through reading due to emotional and confusing, I need help to guideline. This one is worth a visit. Everything we talk through was spot on. I never even met this man before but he was spot on everything it been said even there was a part I didn't get, but further along things was put in to place and made a lot sense.
