I had a wonderful experience at Motion Remedy. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and it was incredible! Gigi is professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process and its benefits clearly. Another great therapist today. I've had a couple of courses of treatment now and seen three different therapists. All have been amazing. I suffer with chronic back and hip pain. I'm so grateful to the relief the sports massages and Thai combination massages have given me. They have really improved my mobility. I've now booked my third course of treatment with motion remedy. A great place to go for a massage. We have visited numerous times as staff are pleasant and very attentive to our requirements. I have fibromyalgia and after my massage it feels like I’m walking on air. My mind and body are so relaxed. Sets me up for the week ahead. Have booked again and can’t wait for my next visit.
