I had an incredible experience with Lek, who provided one of the best full body Thai oil massages I’ve ever had. Located conveniently on the high street in Canton, the massage studio is clean, welcoming, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Lek was extremely professional and attentive throughout the entire session. She took the time to check in regularly to ensure I was comfortable and that the pressure was just right. Amazing set up with friendly and knowledgable staff supporting you. I experienced the recovery lounge with contrast therapy (hot and cold), red light therapy and pressotherapy. The guys were super friendly and let me try the oxygen therapy experience as well. Highly recommend experiencing what Cardiff Wellness lounges have to offer, a fantastic and affordable facility to meet your recovery goals or support with your training goals. I'll most definitely be returning.

Our experience today was incredible! We had Tanya and Sara for our duo massage. Both therapists gave the absolute best massage! Felt like we were floating coming out. We had a deep tissue massage and both therapists were very attentive, asking us how we were feeling and how the pressure was at intervals. The pressure was fantastic! And we both felt our bodies had just what they needed. I particularly enjoyed my feet and neck being massaged, Tanya was excellent! I highly recommend Marigold Thai massage and we recommend Tanya & Sara! I wish we lived nearer so we could pop in more often!

Only an hour drive away from Llanelli I find myself at The Wellness Lounge Cardiff. I park up in a free space and I'm greeted by the Boss. Im booked in for a massage with Paul and then I have time in the hot/cold therapy room as well as being given the opportunity to test out the IPC boots and some oxygen therapy. I had a ball! The whole experience from start to finish was amazing. I've woken up feeling like a new woman! Highly reccomend, 10 million stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
