Surpassed my expectations!!! The ambiance was relaxing and peaceful and the decor was just right not excessive or minimal. My technician was Jalisa and she was friendly, attentive and professional. She gives an awesome hand massage!!! Rhenea is awesome!! A professional. Throughout my service she asked how I was doing and made me feel comfortable. When I enquired about additional services she gave me thorough well informed answers which let me know I chose the right place:). Thanks a mil I have a truly reinvigorating morning!

The 45 min Swedish massage was wonderful and well priced. She was attentive on how much pressure to use (I’m a bit of a suck at handling too much pressure) and I feel relaxed now. I would definitely visit again!

This cozy spa was serene and immediately calming. The massage struck the perfect balance between relaxing and firm just where it was needed. Rhenea’s voice was incredibly soothing, she was warm yet professional, recommending next steps & home helps. I was so grateful for the opportunity after the service to get up at my own pace. She even offered me tea! It was a simple gesture but it said “I see you as a person, not just a booking; you can truly relax here.” I highly recommend this knowledgeable, talented young woman and her team!

Great massage, comfortable environment!

It was wonderful and relaxing and I would recommend their services to one and all. It's so hard to find a service that has the full package. The ladies understands customer service and the Swedish massage was divine I felt like I had an out of body experience, I then proceeded to get a pedicure and my feet wanted to stay there, it was that good and lastly I topped it off with a manicure and that just done it up. I was so please and happy with everything. Thank you I will be back

My experience was fantastic. The spa facility Is clean and calming, the staff are all very friendly. Sanaaz was my massage therapist and gave me the best 1.5 hour aromatherapy massage and mini facial. I Highly recommend Shanti Serenity Spa and Sanaaz to anyone looking for a relaxing spa day and massage.

I had a fantastic experience. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted with warm smiles. The whole ambience was on point -music, smell, everything. I had a great massage experience. Definitely doing it again. When I was leaving I was sent off with the same warmth I received on arrival, plus a glass of non alcoholic wine . Nice set up and environment. The two ladies who helped us and administered our treatments were friendly, warm and excellent in the session themselves. We had the Karma Rejuvenate -Full Body Body Swedish Massage + ELEMIS mini Facial treatment which I would recommend. Great experience and I'll definitely come back and would recommend trying Karma Spa for yourself.

The staff was warm and professional, making me feel relaxed right away. My massage was incredible,just the right balance of pressure and technique, leaving me completely refreshed and tension-free.
