This is the third time I've visited The Therapy Room, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The treatment room is exceptionally clean and comfortable - in these strange times, it feels very hygienic. Norbert puts you at ease immediately, and the massage is just amazing. He manages to find all those knots and niggles, and doesn't stop until they've gone! I'd highly recommend The Therapy Room to everyone, come and support a local business and treat yourself at the same time.

Best massage ever ! Not just in Southend but in any top hotel/spa. Once you enter this little white room your tension will float away. Professional, tranquil and peaceful, Norbert is very skilled at his profession I would recommend his Swedish massage.

A sports massage - A professional and friendly service.

Fabulous experience, super knowledgeable and a sports massage that unlocked my injured back. I would definitely recommend.

Since I was lucky enough to have Norbert recommended 2 years ago, I haven't been to anyone else. Norbert is very calm-natured, patient and kind and always takes the time to talk about lifestyle, work and diet to see how one can help themselves with any niggles they are facing as well as giving advice on stretches. The massages, whether relaxation or sports, are second to none and Norbert is a great conversationalist too if, like me, you enjoy a chat during the treatment. I could not recommend Norbert more highly. A wonderful person and a wonderful masseuse.
