I have used Nicky’s service for around 12 months following a fall, and injury to my neck. Within the first few sessions my neck had improved immensely. Nicky gave me exercises to do at home and in the gym to aid my recovery, which have been very beneficial. I find that regular sessions help me keep flexible, fit and to cope with the rigours of life in my 60’s.

The improvement with my sciatica continues with no pain now being felt down the back of my right leg. Deep tissue massage carried out on my back and my left thigh to counter residual stiffness arising following my sciatica.

Very detailed diagnosis followed by hands on deep tissue massage, which while uncomfortable at times,appeared to get to the root of the problems. Follow up exercises demonstrated and then attempted by me.

This was my first session with Nicky. I have been suffering from incredibly stiff neck and back muscles and he did good massage and manipulation of my thoracic area and gave me some useful exercises which I have been doing. It seems to be improving and I look forward to my next session.

I have been several times now and the diagnosis, exercises and massage treatment have been fantastic. I thoroughly recommend Nicky.
