As soon as I walked in the staff greeted me, took my bags and coat and made me feel welcome. Then I went straight to my treatment with Andrew. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The sports massage was great, he always checked that the pressure was okay and I feel like he really took notice of my needs and did a good assesment of what was wrong. Some bits were painful (in a good way) and yet somehow the whole experience was very relaxing. Would definitely recommend!

This Sunday I visited Dragonfly Skin spa for a floatation and a sports massage. Can't recommend them enough. From First moment you walk in, you feel very relaxed and looked after. Definitely will visit again!!!

She immediately made me feel comfortable, and the massage was incredibly relaxing and effective, exactly what I needed. I have already left a positive review on TripAdvisor as u wanted but normally I leave reviews on fresha so my 1st ever visit here was superb it went to plan I enjoyed my Indian head massage wiv Abi very much most importantly left Spa feeling great wat I wanted & exactly wat i achieved shud hav perhaps booked an earlier appointment jus because in the spontaneous moment I was liking indian head massage that much fancied a Swedish massage but my appointment was 540pm & they close 630pm.I will jus book again next time for that whenever I require a treat and want my mood lifting

Been here a few times. Service is consistently great, all staff make you feel at ease. Receptionist lady is very helpful and careful about my request. Massage lady Irina is very professional too. Setting is so soothing and clean, I’ve had some great time here. Highly recommended!

Brilliant full body sports massage by Mark. He found all those tight muscles and helped relax them. Couldn't recommend enough!

I've had 5 Sports Physio Massage sessions now with Mark and I'm very happy to say that my muscle/back problem is a lot better! Very professional and I would highly recommend.

I’m very happy with my experience at the chiropodist with Rachel. She was very thorough. She trimmed the toenails carefully, cleared all debris out from under each nail and filed them neatly. She removed all hard skin at pressure points and finished with a satisfying massage and moisturiser.Excellent!

Rachel made a thorough examination of my feet. She trimmed my nails and spent some time treating my big toe which was causing me some pain. She cleaned up the build up of material under the nail and straightened the nail itself that was threatening to become ingrown. She identified the growth of bone in this toe and used a putty of some kind to build a protective barrier around the toe. She removed all rough skin, moisturised and massaged my feet and I am very grateful for her kindness and expertise.

I had my first hot stone massage with Trish, I was made to feel welcome. The massage was lovely, I will be booking again. Just a little note, the room could have been warmer. But that could just be me as I feel the cold!

My chiropody appointment was excellent. The chiropodist put me at ease with ready conversation as she dealt surely and confidently with my various foot problems. She sorted ingrowing nails, trimmed all nails neatly and filed away all hard skin. All topped off with moisturiser, foot massage and warm socks. Who could ask for more? Many thanks.

Raj did a great job on my feet. He was very friendly and helped me relax and enjoy the experience. He trimmed and tidied my nails, removed small areas of dry skin and moisturised and massaged each foot. He checked for any problem areas, and ensured I was a comfortable and satisfied customer.

I had a wonderful back, neck and shoulder massage from Trish. Loved it. Felt rejuvenated afterwards. 😀
