I had such a great experience at Jem 3-Arts. The team was really friendly, and even though they were running a bit behind, they offered me a complimentary hair treatment, which I really appreciated. The service was excellent — I felt so relaxed during my wash. Honestly, one of the best salon experiences I’ve had in Cape Town, and so affordable too. I’ll definitely be back!

I had such an amazing experience with Olwethu for my face wax. She is truly warm, kind and so lovely. From the moment I lay down, she made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. What stood out the most was how she kept the conversation flowing the entire time. It honestly felt like a therapy session where I could talk, laugh and just be myself. She completely took my mind off the wax, and I didn’t feel the usual soreness at all. That’s how good she is at what she does. I left feeling relaxed, happy and well taken care of. I am in Cape Town for a short while and I walked into Jem inquiring about lashes. I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who called the lash tech to talk to me. She sounded very knowledgeable so I made an appointment. I had my old ones removed and a new set done. I am very happy with my new lashes. They look beautiful and I would definately recommend Shimene.
