Katie Gill did an absolutely amazing job on my new hair colour appointment today! I am so in love with my new look - it's exactly what I wanted and more. She listened to exactly what I was after, gave great advice, and the whole process was so relaxed. The colour is perfect, the tone is beautiful, and I've had so many compliments already! Super relaxing massage and facial. Oksana clearly knew what she was doing and I felt like it was tailored to my needs without having to guide her at all. She was also very attentive throughout which was a godsend at 37 weeks pregnant. Worth every penny! Thank you.

After moving back into the area, this was my first time going to NUYU and having a cut and finish with Leah and she was absolutely great! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She listened to what I wanted, but also offered brilliant advice/recommendations and made sure my hair was checked through thoroughly at the end. I will definitely be returning and am relieved that I have now found my new hairdresser!

I brought my very nervous daughter to have her hair cut today and Leah made her feel so comfortable and relaxed. Leah went through every stage,explaining what she was doing and how she was going to achieve the best results for my daughters hair.
