Probably the best massage I’ve ever had. Today was my first appointment with Fran and I will definitely book another. It was clear she was an experienced therapist who enjoyed her work. I arrived stressed due to traffic and Fran had me practically asleep in minutes. Whole-heartedly recommend.

I have been going to regularly to Fran to have my waxing done and since the first day I had my first wax with Fran she has consistently made me feel at ease, being very friendly whilst being professional. Absolutely amazing facial, so incredibly relaxing and a beautiful neck, shoulder and foot massage while the mask was on my face. Fran is professional, she uses wonderful products that leave your face feeling sensational. I will book again soon. Thank you Fran.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish, I left feeling so relaxed and my skin now feels soft and replenished. I had the Glow Facial with a back massage, but Fran also gave a super relaxing foot, arm and head massage whilst the face mask was on. I'll definitely book again when back in Bath. Highly recommend!
