I had the most wonderful pregnancy massage this morning with Ellie. The first 5 minutes was spent in a consultation where she asked questions about me and my pregnancy in order to tailor my massage. For the next hour, she gave me the most amazing massage with the perfect pressure. She checked in throughout to make sure I was okay, while also allowing me to zone out and relax. I felt fantastic afterwards - the only negative is that it had to end! Thanks Ellie, I’ll definitely be back 😊

Menopause massage is a wonderful treatment. Just perfect in every way. This time it was Gillian who remembered I like to be toasty so electric blanket on then heated beanie round my neck and hot eye mask. Perfect pressure - relaxing but also therapeutic. Genuinely this treatment could not be improved ❤️

I had a really wonderful experience with Ellie. The massage really seemed to be catered to my body and needs, and I felt so relaxed and secure in Ellie’s space that I was really able to switch off and enjoy every minute - not an easy task when you’re 31 weeks pregnant! I've had a wonderful experiences in the One Lounge every time I go . They're friendly helpful and wonderful at everything they offer ,On Sunday ,Marta gave me a fantastic head & shoulders massage & great relaxing reflexology on my feet ,which sent me to sleep ,I highly recommend The One Lounge .

I had a back neck & shoulder massage , lymphatic facial and reiki today with Michelle. I was so relaxed the treatments were amazing and Michelle was so professional she talked me through everything she was doing and really worked the knots out my back. I left feeling less sore and certainly more relaxed. I stay an hour away but I have booked my next appointment.

One of the best 90 minutes of my life! From start to finish Emma was so kind and attentive. Started with a scalp analysis and recommendations for products to use in my hair. When it came to the head spa it was so relaxing even when my head was bobbing about when she was scrubbing every inch of my scalp 😅 the neck massage was something else I would pay the whole 90 mins just for that again. I opted for a blow dry to finish as I was staying round glasgow for a while so didn't want wet hair. My hair normally is like a giant ball of frizz but u can say 2 hours outside after it's still straight!

I had the most relaxing 2 hour experience and Head Bath Glasgow today. Stacey was my therapist for today, this is my 2nd treatment from her, she is lovely and made me feel welcome on both occasions, Stacey is also very knowledgeable in her profession. I had a massage, Hydrafacial and Head spa all 3 treatments were amazing, my skin is glowing, my head feels amazing and the tension I had in my shoulders is gone. I will look forward to coming back for more treatments.
