Thank you so much Nas. I left my appointment so relaxed, felt like I was floating. I definitely needed the shoulder and neck massage, my aches we're getting bad. The head massage/facial literally put me to sleep 😴 not an easy task, I find it so hard to switch off! First time trying Reiki and hot stones - I loved it, the heat has 'melted' my leg aches and I feel so calm. Nas choice in essential oils we're perfect, Nas knows just what you need 🙌 Will definitely be booking again!!

A truly enlightening, relaxing & beautiful experience for 2. Involving a guided meditation, stretching, deep relaxation/energy healing. The room was set up beautifully, like walking into a place of what dreams are made of, the smells, low lighting & comfy blankets instilled a sense of peace & happiness. We ate cake/drank tea then took it in turns to have amazing treatments or lying in a cosy sauna blanket reading. I had-facial, massage & reflexology - amazing, Jane always knows exactly what you need. Walking out of the room we were floating. Thankyou for one of the best afternoons of my life!

OMG!!!! That was such an insane warm bamboo massage 90mins. Never had before but for someone who attends the gym regularly and does some hyrox and weights it’s a must!!! Feel on the clouds. My treatment with Jane was by far the best massage I've ever had (and I've had quite a few)! I had the thermal heated back massage and would definitely recommend this treatment to anyone! As well as the hot stones and warm oil, Jane also used heated towels, provided a foot cleanse and scalp massage - lots of little touches that were unexpected but made it feel really special and even more relaxing. Amazing value for money and a really nice environment, Jane was also really friendly and warm - I will definitely be returning! Thank you

First time visiting and definitely not the last. Booked in for a facial, and Traci was great. Before starting, I told Traci about a neck/shoulder problem I was having , and she really made sure that I got the full benefits of the treatment without irritating my problem. It honestly was the best facial I've ever had. Afterwards Traci and Chloe both took the time to discuss further treatments to help improve my problem areas. I will definitely be returning soon to start work on them. Thank you both xx
