On Tuesday, I was lucky enough to have a full body hot stone massage with Lois. I went into the dark, cosy and warm treatment room with my shoulders and back totally tensed up and tight and came out feeling as if my limbs were not attached to my body, I was so very relaxed. I asked for a firm massage and that's what I got; it wouldn't be for the faint hearted but I totally loved it. Lois did check in to see if the pressure was ok and if the stones were too hot so I could have asked for adjustments at any time. Diolch Lois, I shall be booking with you again soon x

Mia is a wonderful therapist and knew exactly what my aching postpartum body needed. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome and after the full body massage I felt like I had been reborn. I've had many massages before but this was a first from Mia and wow. I cannot wait to come back.

The new location is fab! Easy to find with the easy to follow directions that I received before my appointment. Still in Conwy but with much better parking and beautiful views! The room had a relaxing, calming vibe for my massage, which was the best as always. Been coming to Healing Hands for monthly massages for almost a year and it never disappoints, completely relaxing and improved my posture. Thank you so much! 💓

I had the best massage I've ever had today from Llinos! I opted for the head to toe indulgence, and I enjoyed it so much, I've booked it again! It was exactly what I needed. My first visit to Healing Hands: beautiful treatment room, Sian was very friendly and welcoming. I had the buccal massage as I hold a lot of anxiety tension in my jaw and suffer occasional TMJ pain. The treatment was very nice and my jaw felt looser after the first treatment. I'll definitely be back, it's great to be able to give this tricky area some tlc, and get a lovely facial, head and neck massage at the same time.

Another fantastic deep tissue massage with Lois. She really worked at the the knots and tried to release the tension along my spine. I have just had my 4th lymphatic drainage massage and have seen visible results after every treatment. Mia is very understanding, supportive and extremely knowledgeable and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

I had a full body massage off Sophia, I was skeptical at first as I’d only ever had one abroad and it was so uncomfortable, Sophia spoke to me first about what the treatment entailed and I asked if she couldn’t do my stomach area (although the benefits sounded amazing) it was the most relaxing time of my life and I’ll 1000000000% book it again. The relief I felt was unreal, was like a weigh being lifted off my shoulders! If you’re on the fence about having a full body this is your sign to book because I can guarantee you it’ll be the best thing you book!!

First time ever for me to visit a therapist and was very nervous and apprehensive about it. Mia was brilliant and soon had me relaxed and at ease. The room has been carefully thought through with beautiful lighting and a relaxing aroma. I chose the Pressotherapy lymphatic Zemits treatment and Mia explained everything in great details to me - I was amazed by her expertise and knowledge and felt very safe in her hands. The treatment was very relaxing and not at all uncomfortable and it left me feeling revitalised. This was a truly amazing experience so thank you Mia.

We had a half day spa with full body massage then afternoon tea in the Hall. Wonderful day. The spa is lovely, clean, has all u need, nice relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, never felt too busy or too quiet, lovely and very helpful staff. Massage was amazing, clearly very experienced, lovely relaxing space, beautiful products, not rushed at all and then relax room was nice. Then afternoon tea at hall was fab. Best one I've ever had with lovely people looking after us and had lovely chat with local staff learning all about the house and local area. Couldn't have been better. Thank you!

Today was my first experience of Pressotherapy. It was explained fully to me by Mia, whose knowledge and expertise is second to none. Mia made me feel safe and in good hands. The therapy itself was amazing. I felt warm and comfortable and relaxed fully into the beneficial feeling. Being a novice to this I can now fully recommend this therapy, and especially Mia as an excellent therapist. I fully hope to continue this as much as I can as I felt tremendous benefit and relaxation.
