The new location is fab! Easy to find with the easy to follow directions that I received before my appointment. Still in Conwy but with much better parking and beautiful views! The room had a relaxing, calming vibe for my massage, which was the best as always. Been coming to Healing Hands for monthly massages for almost a year and it never disappoints, completely relaxing and improved my posture. Thank you so much! 💓

I had the Buccal facial massage with Sian. First time for me to have this and it was so relaxing. Combined with the jelly eye mask, arm and head massage, it was divine. I highly recommend this treatment. Sian is so knowledgeable in her craft. Such a calming and peaceful treatment room. Just trying to decide what to have next 🙂

Very welcoming, efficient lady looked after us during a light lunch . And Megan did an excellent full body massage. I did feel that there wasn’t sufficient loungers in the pool area, and any that were vacant were very wet , and not refreshed once used, therefore we were put off using them. And the relaxation room could do with updating. But over all we enjoyed our visit, and were impressed with standard of therapists, and reception lady .

I was introduced to Ann Therapies through one of my fitness clients for a massage. And it was a wonderfully calm and relaxing experience in a fabulous environment. Ann's experience in her field is truly exceptional. I've been for full body massage treatments and cupping treatment for specific muscles. I would highly recommend Ann therapies.

Absolutely amazing experience.. I suffer with a condition called Lipo Dema recently received extensive surgery on my legs removing 22 L of lipedema fat modules.. The surgery has strengthened my legs.. I traveled to Czech Republic, Prague. I have looking for a lymphatic massage specialist for awhile in North Wales, to my surprise, I came across Mia. fast and effective booking. Patient health care form. lymphatic massage releases fluid bad toxins that the body retains.. My whole experience with mis is excellent she is professional- kind and caring. The massage was excellent. The coffee machine still doesn’t work and we were overcharged £6.50.

I have had another fantastic treatment outcome with Mia,I went to my appointment a total wreck and came out so relaxed and transformed, Mia genuinely cares about your whole being, Lymphatic massage is my regular treatment now as it helps with the pain of my endometriosis and relaxes my painful tummy. I also had the Cryotherapy facial which is absolutely amazing my skin is still glowing. Thank you Mia. Looking forward to my next appointment already ❤️

A warm welcome was received, we were able to relax in the lounge prior to our treatments. Roisin was my massage therapist - she offered me a selection of aromatherapy scents and gave me the best massage I have had in a while. She used a gentle but firm pressure and left me feeling so relaxed. My mother had a facial with Megan which she thoroughly enjoyed too. The whole experience was excellent- we will be booking again. :-)

Was really impressed, when I thought it was at a home , I was thinking just a table in the living room , But this was a fully functional room for all the treatments that Ann explained all about when I ask about different treatments , And the deep tissue massage for the back did the trick feels miles better
