I’ve visited Be.Well Nottingham many times and each session has been consistently excellent. The space is calm and welcoming, and the therapist is professional and knowledgeable, always tailoring the massage to my needs. I deal with spine and lower back issues, and they always manage to ease the pain and release tension. The deep tissue massage is intense but genuinely therapeutic. I leave feeling lighter, looser, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Calm relaxing treatment room. A good amount of pressure was applied during my back and shoulder massage, as requested (Id been hunched over a keyboard all day!). Face massage was really wonderful too. Thank you Paula.

So relaxing and peaceful. Paula really helped with some ongoing shoulder and neck issues I have and has definitely eased the burning pain I've been experiencing. I will definitely go back for more if these treatments. Worth every penny. Thank you.

Great massage as usual. Paula is such a calm and compassionate person. If you walk in not loving yourself very much she manages to make you feel so much better about yourself by the time you leave. It’s never just a massage it’s so much more. Paula is an amazing lady inside and out.

First time I've had a pregnancy massage, Paula was great and I left feeling soo relaxed, was just what i needed towards then end of pregnancy! Would definitely recommend.
