It was my first visit to the Beauty clinic, and I was made to feel very welcome. I was booked in for a lash lift and tint. My eyelashes are very short and hard to lift even with an expensive mascara. Alysia did a really great job, she managed to lift my lashes. The result was amazing, I would highly recommend Alysia, I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much. Xx

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Koots Clinic in Torquay for a series of laser hair removal treatment, and I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Sandra and the team. Their genuine care and attention made me feel immediately at ease. As for the laser hair removal treatment, I am thrilled with the results. It has truly worked wonders, exceeding my hopes and leaving me feeling more confident. I just had an eyebrow and eyelash tint and the experience was fabulous. I feel really bad because I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did it, but she was fantastic with me (it was my first time). We had a nice conversation and she was very gentle and considerate of any pain when waxing and plucking. She’s definitely worked with people who’ve had eyebrow colouring for the first time, and was very reassuring when they came out a bit darker than expected. I cannot recommend her enough because she was fantastic with me, and I will definitely be coming back at some point!

I had ombré brows done with as a modal, the experience was very good, and I was made to feel very welcome by jazz and the ladies training. My brows turned out lovely, might need a follow up appointment but I’m very happy. I’ve also had a lip enhancement done by Jazz and all was fab again, very happy with the results and I’m sure I will be back again.
