Went to see Amy after I’d herniated a disc. The pain had mostly eased by then, but honestly it was such a nice, calming experience. My head’s always busy, but I didn’t think about a single thing the whole time. She was really thorough, explained everything in a way that made sense, and went through my medical history to see if she could help with anything else. Already booked back in for my next appointment

I visited Sophie a few days ago whilst experiencing pain and stiffness within my hip flexors which was restricting my movement and becoming unbearable. Sophie worked her magic and released the tension enabling me to function again. I've also seen Livi with this issue and always have a fantastic outcome. Excellent service, beautifully clean clinic and incredibally skilled professionals, highly recommended.

I suffered very bad pain from my right shoulder i had a treatment from Pete i will never be able to Thank Pete and Sophie enough as she managed to get me an urgent apt,Pete did his magic and it certainly was magic i had been else where for several appointments and nothing eased the pain Pete is friendly and very very good at what he specializes in I would highly recommend this gentleman and at no point did he advise me to make another appointment he advised me to see how my shoulder reacts to his treatment first this told me how genuine Pete is i will always go to Sophies Therapy Thank you.

I love a lot of the treatments that Natalie has available (as I’ve tried practically all of them) but Cupping is definitely one of my favourites. Can’t recommend the benefits you get from this enough. Perfect way to unwind and release tension from shoulders and back. AMAZING x

I had a lovely Rose Quartz body massage followed by a Reflexolgy treatment today by Emma. A full consultation meant Emma could assess my needs and the massage was spot on. The tension I was holding in my back and shoulders soon melted away. The Reflexology treatment revealed alot of issues going on! But again a very relaxing experience. The aftercare advice was thorough too.

My 2nd treatment this week. As Natalie always tells me, trust the process and because I trust her, her expertise and knowledge, I always know the treatments will give me the results I’m after. Blown away with some of the instant results off the Lumi package. Can’t wait until they fully kick in over the next few days. I can’t thank Natalie enough for giving the best guidance and info on treatments that give me back my confidence, under my eyes always gives me insecurities. Highly recommend the Lumi eyes, skin and lips offer 👌

Amy did my back massage today and boy did she locate, and then help to ease out, all of the tension in my back and shoulders. A regular massage is a must for all gardeners, I'd say..

I’ve been visiting Amy for a year now to help with headaches and neck/shoulder tension. After years of pain and the GP’s only option of painkillers I am now pain free and visit for maintenance appointments only. I had a pregnancy massage with Amy and it was lovely! I’m 23 weeks pregnant and have been having back aches and feel so much better after my massage. I’ve already booked in for a facial next week and certainly will go back for another pregnancy massage. Couldn’t recommend more, lovely place, easy parking and friendly staff!
