Lovely setting, nice team & relaxing massage. It was disappointing that because the person who I had booked with was ill, they automatically changed my appointment to another employee & changed the time by a few minutes (that bit was completely fine) but because of the change of therapist the price increased from £61.50 to £72!! I wouldn’t have been as upset, had they called to tell me but to just send an email an hour before the appointment (I hadn’t read this) and so felt uncomfortable and on the back foot when I was presented with the cost. I won’t return.

After suffering with breakouts, Hollie has helped me massively with my skin care routine. Her knowledge is incredible! Her facials are lovely and leave my skin glowing. I’ve also been having monthly massages recently and she’s worked wonders on my back!

1st visit today, had an amazing back, neck and shoulder massage with face reflexology, the room was beautiful, warm and relaxing, the massage was very effective to treat the pain I had arrived with, so much care and attention throughout the treatment, left feeling fabulous, will be booking again soon to try other treatments also. Thank you 😊

Had my first ever facial at Hollie's today after finding she does Environ products. It was fantastic, very relaxing and she talked me through the whole process of what everything does. Will definitely be back.

Another amazing facial with Hollie. I started my Environ journey in 2023 and have not looked back. At the age of 59 I have been stopping in restaurants and ladies say to me… your skin looks lovely. Treated my mum to a back, neck and shoulder massage with a facial too for her birthday, she absolutely loved it. The venue itself is so beautiful and rustic, the interior is very cosy and welcoming. Holly was lovely and my mum didn’t want it to end. The shop had some great gifts which we bought. Will definitely be returning and telling our friends and family about the Loft.

Danielle was very welcoming and calming, a full body massage & facial reflexology was just needed! I’m not great with massages due to back tension and Danielle made me feel very at ease! Hollie is amazing - always makes me feel welcome and knows exactly what I need every visit. She is also trained in pregnancy massage which has been amazing, she sets up a stool to lean on the bed for the back massage and then props me up on pillows for the arms/legs/scalp. Encourages me to wiggle and move as necessary. She has kept me feeling amazing both before and during pregnancy and I look forward to those post-partum treats too! Thank you Hollie
