My first visit to Healing Hands: beautiful treatment room, Sian was very friendly and welcoming. I had the buccal massage as I hold a lot of anxiety tension in my jaw and suffer occasional TMJ pain. The treatment was very nice and my jaw felt looser after the first treatment. I'll definitely be back, it's great to be able to give this tricky area some tlc, and get a lovely facial, head and neck massage at the same time.

As always, I felt better as soon as I walked into Mia’s room and started talking to her. I told her this and suggested she should do counselling and to my surprise she said “I do, I offer talking therapy”! Amazing! I had a back massage today and my body is very grateful for it. Mia helps to straighten my back out, release my trigger points and relieve pain from my neck and frozen shoulder. Thank you Mia!

I don't really have the words to describe the quality of the massage Llinos gave me, but from start to finish it was wonderful. So much so that a couple of days later the intense pain through my neck, back and legs have virtually disappeared to the extent where I'm not trying to alleviate the pain myself. Had a lovely few days at Bodysgallen. Great hotel with plentiful and personable staff. The building is full of historical connections and has several comfortable public rooms, ideal for relaxing or reading. The gardens and the spa are on your doorstep and are really well maintained and add to the overall experience. Location wise, Bodnant garden and Llandudno are both within 15 mins drive.

An absolutely lovely experience having a full body massage with Mia. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending her and I will definitely be going back. Thank you so much for being so considerate.

Another fantastic deep tissue massage with Lois. She really worked at the the knots and tried to release the tension along my spine. Lois (as has always been my experience with Healing Hands) is very knowledgeable about muscle structure and took the time to explain the issues she could see with my back and possible causes and ways to help ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️

Fabulous massage that eased the aches and pains, will definitely be back.

The spa itself was lovely, you could really unwind and the facilities were kept at a warm temperature. The full body massage with Karen was phenomenal, really helped to relieve tension in my shoulders and delivered with the utmost care and respect. Thank you!

Lois was amazing. Friendly and professional. I really enjoyed my back massage with Lois today. The pressure was great! Mia has truly magical hands. The whole experience was amazing. I felt fully supported and respected right through the treatment. Mia checked periodically if I was comfortable and the hour flew past really quickly. She had a bottle of water ready for me, making sure I stay hydrated. I'm so grateful for the space she provided me during my massage. My mind turned off and enjoyed the sensation fully. Thank you very much, I will certainly be back for more.

I had a lymphatic massage with Sian and wow—what an amazing experience. I could genuinely feel the drainage happening in different parts of my body. I suffer with IBS, and the treatment significantly eased my bloating and stomach pain. The swelling reduced noticeably, and even the puffiness in my face and cheeks went down. The whole experience was incredibly relaxing and has helped me massively. I’ll definitely be returning for another session very soon.

Booked in yesterday for a back massage with Meghan this morning. Spent an hour in the pool area and then went for my massage. Meghan was just perfect! So totally relaxing. Will definitely book again when staying at the Hall. Highly recommended!
