I went to Ronnie for quite urgent treatment for my lower back. Using acupuncture and focused manipulation Ronnie worked hard to release the muscle from its twisted state. I am confident that the pain I have been feeling with reduce drastically. 3 hours post treatment it is already feeling much better.

Annabel is a lovely person and time out is clean, calm, beautiful setting with incredible jewellery and other services. She helped me with a helix change informing me how to care for it as my previous piercer didn’t do the best job, and I got my conch done where I barely felt the pain. She was so informative, and told me what would work and wouldn’t in a supportive and experienced way, and for aftercare she gave me a card for my next appointment and instructions. My mum fell asleep in her lounge! Truly best service ever 💗

I enjoyed it because the back massage was a ten but I didn’t enjoy the hand and feet massage as much. If I had another massage again I would go for head and face instead of hands and feet. Thank you soooooo much for the massage, George age 10

Annabel was great! We spoke about my experience with pierced ears before and my suggestion that I may have reactions to silver/gold. She encouraged the use of titanium this time to see if that works better and spoke about placing of the piercing before going ahead. 5 star rating from me! Will definitely go back to get my second and thirds done with Annabel

Ronnie is just the best! I was lucky enough to win a free face massage to be filmed for her social media and the care and attention she puts into every treatment is just amazing. I almost dozed off! Ronnie can always tell what you’ve been experiencing (head aches, tension etc) from how your body feels which is testament to her experience and the attention she pays to her clients. Pure relaxation and just heavenly treatments. On Cloud Nine is the right name!

In this review I want to highlight Ronnie’s reflexology skills. People think it’s just a fancy foot massage. It’s not! It’s a full on treatment in its own right. Many times over the years, Ronnie has helped me recover from illness unbelievably fast. Last night was no exception. I had the stuffing knocked out of me all weekend with a virus and my body was in overdrive fighting it. Literally as Ronnie was treating me, my throat calmed, my chest eased and the next morning my glands were back down. 24 hours on I am back to full charge! Give it a try skeptics, I dare you!!
