It’s always a pleasure visiting Identity in Broughty Ferry and this is like my second home. All the staff here are highly experienced and as soon as you walk through the door you feel like a VIP. I have the hot stones full body massage carried out by Megan who knows her craft extremely well. So if you have any aches and pains then I can highly recommend this treatment. I have recently had lower back pain as upper back pains so this certainly helps to ease the pain. Best beauty treatment centre in Dundee.

I have just moved after being at another so called " top" salon in the Ferry and so glad I moved. Its the best and most thorough wax I have had in a very long time, no missed patches as was a regular occurance at my previous salon and having to go home and tidy up. Very gentle healing music in background rather than a variety of piped pop music which wasn't always my taste. Tuned in staff, I had a coughing fit whilst I waited and was immediately brought a glass of water. No being led through a tipping point in the pay machine. I tipped because I wanted to not because I felt I was obliged too.

Amazing!!! The pressure was just right. I didn’t realise how much tension I was carrying until I had the massage. I feel fantastic after it and would recommend 110% and I will be back

I always have a great treatment at Identity. I have lower back pain and so I have the hot stones treatment which really helps.

Really enjoyed my hot stone massage with Beth. It was relaxing and Beth applied a consistent firm pressure to release the tension in my back. This was my second visit, staff are lovely and I’ll be back again.

It is always a great treat for myself getting a hot stones massages and Megan is highly professional which helps to relieve stress and tension on my whole body. Can’t recommend enough.

I had the Back, Neck & Shoulder Massage with an Express Facial treatment which was brilliant. I felt so relaxed and Natalie was so friendly and kind. The massage was lovely, my back and shoulders feel much less tense now. The facial made my skin feel really hydrated & soft. Also, all of the products used smell so nice. Overall a great first experience!

Wonderful way to spend a Sunday starting with a Relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage. The Comfort Zone Signature facial was gorgeous. Ilyana is professional and has a lovely technique. Treated myself to a little mini skincare kit too. Have booked my next treatment which I look forward to.

First time coming here. Don't live in the area but I will be back. Received a full body massage. All the staff I met were lovely and Natalie who did my massage was superb, sorry for snoring! Heated blanket was a lovely touch and the fact they start with your front then do your back was fantastic, I've never experienced it that way before. Thank you

My first time since moving to Dundee and it won’t be my last. Having lived and experienced similar in London and Edinburgh I had high expectations and I wasn’t disappointed. Natalie is a lovely young lady and made a fab job of my nails and very knowable about her role as a beauty therapist. Also completed her 3 year beauty therapy training course at Dundee collage which is an intense training course. Will definately recommend Natalie to all my friends.
