Treated myself to a lovely Glow Girl Vitamin C facial with Clare and oh, wow! After a week of feeling tired and just meh 🫤, this really helped me relax (I actually fell asleep briefly 🤣). The treatments were refreshing, cooling and relaxing and skin felt amazing afterwards. I even got a random kind comment from a lovely lady on my way back to the car saying how lovely I looked. I had such a great experience and can’t recommend it enough. The sports massage was exactly what I needed and made such a difference to all the tightness and aches I’d been carrying. Had the Pamper package yesterday and guess what, I didnt want to get up from that massage bed! Had hot stone back massage, body brush, and microdermabrasion. It was so relaxing and felt rejuvenated afterwards! I already booked in for next month's session! Thank you loads.

Hands down the BEST massage I have ever had ! I went for a shoulder and back massage and it was just incredible! Beats every other massage I’ve had and I’ve had plenty! Went to Erica yesterday for a much needed hotstone massage after suffering a bad back. Erica is amazing , really knows the body and how to treat your individual concerns. I slept so well last night can't wait for the next one!
