I had a wonderful experience at Silver Spa Cheltenham with Ms Kay. I booked the treatment to relax after a stressful few weeks, but she quickly identified areas of tension I wasn't even aware of and adapted the treatment accordingly. It was clear that she knew exactly what she was doing and understood what my body needed. The treatment was professional, thorough and genuinely effective. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed and much better than when I arrived. Thank you, Ms Kay. I will definitely be back.

Highly recommended, especially for a first-time experience. The massage was lovely, relaxing, and done with the perfect amount of pressure throughout. Bea was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made me feel comfortable straight away. My neck and back feel so much better now, the tension has completely gone, and I left feeling totally relaxed.

I had an amazing massage with Alwyn! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel completely at ease. He was not only kind and attentive but also thorough and highly informative, explaining what he was doing and how it could help with my tension. I already feel so much better. My mood has completely shifted, and the pain in my shoulders and lower back has significantly eased. I highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting Cotswold Skin Studio and I can say with total confidence that it was a truly fantastic experience. Henrietta was so kind, patient and caring throughout the entire appointment. After having horrendous experiences with previous waxers, it is wonderful to have been properly looked after and waxed properly. I am so pleased with the results and the confidence it has given me… I will definitely be back ☺️✨

The treatment has been amazing, the best facial I’ve had so far. I have been to expensive salons before, however, I never left so pleased. I have very sensitive skin, dealing with eczema and psoriasis, my skin gets very easily triggered. Oksana’s products have been amazing though and also helped to clear my spots which are hormonal. I look forward to my next appointment! Thank you for being so accommodating and giving me back my self confidence!

Silver Spa is a hidden gem in the heart of Cheltenham. I opted for the wonderful full body scrub and massage from Ying, and I can honestly say it was one of the best treatments I have ever experienced. Ying made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her technique is incredible; firm yet relaxing, intuitive, and deeply rejuvenating. The full body scrub left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and refreshed, while the massage melted away every ounce of tension I was carrying. Ying has an incredible talent, and I can’t recommend her highly enough!!

So good. Beautiful salon. Friendly and welcoming. I had a neck and back Swedish massage and it was so good. Mandy listened to my needs to customise the massage. It was relaxing but also felt like it was really helpful for the back pain and stress I was carrying. Would gladly recommend and will be returning.

This was honestly the best massage I've had in a long time and definitely the best in Cheltenham. A hidden gem I hadn't heard about. I was sent this voucher as a birthday gift and it was absolutely amazing. A calm waiting area, lovely and welcoming staff, decently priced, easy to get to and the staff really know what theyre doing. I get massages often and this was a really high quality, relaxing and invigorating session. Kay was my masseuse and she made the effort to work on areas that were sore and get the knots out of my shoulders and feet. Wow. I'll be returning and recommend this place!

Had a really lovely experience this afternoon at Sanctuary & Sage. Amy was absolutely fantastic—warm, professional, and made me feel completely at ease from the moment I arrived. The treatment itself was beautiful and so relaxing, exactly what I needed. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. I left feeling refreshed and well looked after. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

All round a great experience - I would give 10 stars if I could! It has taken me a while to find somewhere to have my waxing done I feel comfortable, but I will be coming back to Cotswold Skin Studio indefinitely! The environment was lovely, easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and welcoming and my waxing was done brilliantly - no issues at all. I felt so welcome and at ease throughout the whole appointment and had a good chit chat which was lovely! I am already booked for Feb and cannot wait.

I just had a whole body massage with Oksana and it was the perfect way to gently transition into the weekend. Oksana has a remarkable ability to identify and release areas of tension within the body. Her massage technique is excellent, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. She is very caring, dedicated and genuinely devoted to her clients' wellbeing, which shines through in every aspect of the treatment. The treatment room is quiet and relaxing, with soft music creating a wonderfully calming atmosphere, and the salon is very centrally located. I could not recommend her enough!

The spa is very new, modern, and clean. I had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Ms Kay. I went in very sore & full of knots but left feeling extremely relaxed and she did an amazing job relieving the pain. The tea to go at the end was also a nice touch! I highly recommend Silver Spa and Ms Kay!!

Wonderful reflexology at Cheltenham Neals yard . The therapists are always so nice. Lovely friendly staff helped me choosing a gift for a friend . All the products smell great.
