The best massage experience I’ve had so far. Helen is so welcoming and kind and her space is perfectly relaxing, you feel at ease immediately. Helen clearly cares about her practice and takes care to ask about your problem areas and lifestyle before treatment, as well as checking in throughout and offering different ways to help you feel comfortable. My neck and shoulders felt so much relief after my visit, I will absolutely be coming back soon ❤️

Ive truly just had the best full body massage from start to finish. The salon is so welcoming . By far one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. Lisa worked on the areas that I hold most tension. My back feels soo much better. Thank you so much. I will be booking in soon. Highly recommend x

Arrived at Lume for a massage, with shoulder pain that had been bothering me for months, left with practically no pain at all thanks to Helen’s expertise. The cabin is beautiful & so tranquil, I left feeling so relaxed and renewed. Helen is such a caring soul and an expert at what she does. 5 stars! I will definitely be back very soon

1st time having a Japanese Head spa and been wanting to try it but wasn't sure what to expect or where to go here was local for me compared to other places, absolutely loved it was very relaxing, will definitely come back, Gemma was really nice and was lovely speaking to her.

Always struggle what to say after …. (Not like me ) Alison is a real gem, I’m instantly relaxed and always ready enjoy. Only had a shoulder back and neck again but definitely going venture abit further next time
