This was my first massage at Montra Massage and Nisa made me feel completely at ease. She was warm, friendly and quickly identified the areas where I was holding the most tension. She recommended a combination of hot stones and cupping to target the deep knots, and the treatment felt tailored to exactly what my body needed. I left feeling relaxed, and much less tense. I would definitely recommend Nisa and will be returning!

I had such an amazing treatment with Bori. I’ve been carrying a lot of stress and tension in my body due to some personal things I’ve been going through, and I really needed the time to relax and switch off. Bori was incredibly caring and professional, and the treatment helped me completely unwind. I left feeling so much lighter, calmer and more relaxed. Visited today as I’m having ongoing problems with my shoulder and arm. Ellen gave me a smooth comfortable massage and has helped ease my ongoing pain. Possibly the best massage I’ve ever had. I’d booked a neck and back with Nikki, but she realised I needed more and as a courtesy used hot stones to help and did a full body treatment, which is what I really needed. She was brilliant at spotting the points where I needed more help and working on them. I was so impressed. Would highly recommend and will definitely start once a month.
