As always Elle is an amazing therapist who soothes all your aches and pains. I knew that my lower back was worse than usual and her touch was perfect and eased out all those pockets of pain and straightened out my spine and aligned my whole body. The warm bed and calm ambiance is like a huge cuddle and I relaxed after a very difficult month. Elle treats mind and body and I felt wonderful after the full body massage and her personalised facial, bliss.

My treatment as always was amazing. Was feeling down and in pain after having a total knee replacement a few months back Jane managed to do my treatment and made sure i was comfortable all the time and it really helped. I would go every week if I won the lottery. She is a lovely kind lady who understands your needs and listens to how you're feeling adapting the treatment accordingly.

Wonderful experience with Rachel had back feet massage/ Hot stones/ scrub the essential oils were amazing Rachel was very intuitive with my mental health& recent grief. I visited with my mother in law. She said it was the best massage she'd ever had. Little touches like a heated blanket, vapour scent where you place your face was perfect. Our masseuse was lovely, kind and released some serious tension. Definitely will go back again! 😁
