I had a very nice massage and stamp treatment by Stella and enjoyed the steam room and sauna too. Very much needed after a long flight, nice spot and very relaxing.

Incredible! I had the anti-ageing facial treatment, delivered by a true expert! From the products used, to the techniques from the therapist, it was an outstanding experience. The facial massage given was nothing like I have ever experienced! Unexpected foot massage while some of the face treatments were in progress, also very effective. I could feel the years of stress falling away! Thank you for an outstanding experience from easy booking to the service. Highly recommend!

Very technical and professional massage. Muscle manipulation helps get the knots out, and relaxing afterwards.

The ambience of the room set the tone for a relaxing session, the therapist was also professional and adjusted the pressure to my needs..I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated - what I desired…definitely one of the best massages I have ever had.

My daughter was very happy with the hair service. She rated it as stellar. Thank you Sarah.

Positive Therapist (Stella) was absolutely fantastic. Very professional and courteous. Xenacia are lucky to have her as a member of staff. Negative Payment paybill given by the receptionist at the Spa resulted in me making payment to a different vendor company. This was an inconvenience for me since now I have to follow up with the other company/vendor to get my money back. My recommendation to Mgmt: have the paybill and account number displayed on the wall to avoid receptionist reading the details from a notebook.

I had such a wonderful experience at Kiki’s Wellness spa The atmosphere is peaceful, clean, and relaxing, and the staff are so friendly and professional. My treatment was amazing, and I left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. You can really tell they care about their clients. I would definitely recommend Kiki’s Wellness spa to anyone looking for quality beauty and wellness services. I’ll definitely be coming back!”

My experience was great as usual. I will definitely be booking another appointment soon. Maybe the management team can consider including disposable shower cloths for use when one is taking a shower. Otherwise all was great as usual!
