I booked for a relaxation massage and was left very relaxed by the end of it. Easily one of the best massages I received. Very thorough in identifying knots and identified how I was getting headaches. Really helpful and highly recommend!

I had my first treatment today, Sophie was so knowledgeable, yet humble. It was clear from our brief consultation that she knows what she's talking about;hormones, nervous system, body stress etc. She's very attuned to different people's bodies, I felt she knew what I needed pretty quickly. Sophie goes deep, beyond the physical aspects of a 'massage'. My actual treatment today was unlike any IV had before, each movement was with such considered intent and purpose, tackling multiple release points. I had a lymphatic drainage hybrid. I'm at complete ease of knowing I'm in good hands.

Such a relaxing experience every time, I often fall asleep during treatments! The service is always professional and the atmosphere is very peaceful. I’ve been going for a few months now and have had waxing, brow shape & tint, lash lift & tint, facials and pressotherapy lymphatic drainage, all done to a really high standard. I always leave feeling refreshed and well looked after. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing treatment at Fresha Glam and Glo yesterday. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I've not had massages before , but Paola soon put me at ease, asking questions and getting a general idea of my needs. I had a general back and full body massage with oils then she put on the hot stones which were wow!!!! What can I say?!!! I felt fully rejuvenated and refreshed !! Thank you, Paola XX

Another great experience with Paola. Even though the salon is just off a main road, the room is so quiet and relaxing, like you are somewhere else. The lymphatic drainage is amazing and I will be looking to have further treatments at Glam and Glow!!

What a joy to walk into a lovely cool, relaxing room with calming music and beautiful fragrances. On this baking hot day I was worried the hot stone massage would be too much, but it was perfectly relaxing as always. Mani is so respectful and goes the extra mile, her magic hands are AMAZING. 90 minute deep tissue treatment was amazing! I was clearly very tense and years overdue for a massage and this treatment is so good for relieving muscle tension. I really like the combination of deep tissue, acupressure and yoga stretching of limbs. Seems to be far more effective than traditional Swedish or sports massage. Pueng is professional and friendly and offers a really good treatment in a calm and relaxing environment. The treatment room has a great relaxing ambience to go with the great treatment received. Will definitely be back.
