Amazing massage! I’ve had lots of massages all around the world and this one, in my home town, was the best I’ve had. There was real care taken into what I said my problem issues were, massage didn’t feel rushed at all and advice for afterwards and in the future was really well received! Amazing therapy with Stacey for lymphatic drainage massage. Felt totally relaxed and comfortable and was expecting it Robbie painful but it was painless and my body left lighter and less sore after. Very professional and friendly. Fully recommend 100 %

I was bit apprehensive due to arthritis in my knee, but I've been having so much swelling in my leg felt need to try something! I don't regret the decision Triin was a fabulous host and offered support for me to get the best out of the body roll. I felt benefit from it the next day and so much so I booked up for more sessions, I would recommend it as part of healthy regime to wellness!

I recently booked a lymphatic Bodyroll experience with my two daughters and was genuinely surprised by how deeply restorative it felt. Triin was lovely and helped to guide us with each position change, enabling us to adjust the depth of pressure and intensity to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. Going as a group of 3 created an enjoyable and memorable experience. I would highly recommend giving this a try.

Just what I needed. After navigating the last few months with my daughters GCSEs, a prom, my peri friend and general life this has done me the world of good. I had the most wonderful experience with Sam at Sage Therapies. She has such a calming, nurturing presence that you feel held from the moment you arrive. The reflexology melted away my anxiety, and her massage released so much deep tension in my shoulders and neck. The Reiki and energy balancing left me feeling grounded, clear, and truly restored. Had a festive massage with Lisa. I chose the package treatment ‘Christmas Aromas-Christmas Slumber’ (sleep inspired). I immediately felt relaxed and content, I made myself a nice warm lovely hot chocolate and wore my cosy Christmas jumper to get in the spirit a little. I received a sample jar of herbs and spice, it was a beautiful evening and perfect gift in time for the holidays which I’ve had many other treatments in the past that include Reiki with Crystals, Indian Head, Reflexology and Hot Stone. This has got to be my favourite up to date, I actually felt completely at peace 😍🎄❄️✨

I’ve been coming regularly for lymphatic massage treatments at Bodyroll, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health and well-being. Trinn is always warm, professional, and knowledgeable, which makes each visit such a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The treatment itself has done wonders for my body —after each session, I feel noticeably less bloated, lighter, and more energized. Outstanding! It was my first experience of reflexology after I was recommended to try it to ease some pregnancy discomfort. Oh my Sam was incredible, she explained everything to me, was so comforting and I really felt like she could read my needs. I followed this with a chakra reading and an Indian head massage and felt incredible - like I was cleared of stale air and energy that didn't serve. I was so surprised when I walked home to notice my pelvis pain had eased and I had more mobility and lightness in my step! Excited for my next booking and would highly recommend.

Amazing! What a vibe! Felt so comfortable, the room is beautiful and the machine is next level, it felt so good working through all my aches. Lymphatic drainage and removing all the toxins from the body being the main goal! Love it!
