Lionel does wonderful reflexology and back neck and shoulder massages. I normally go for a massage when I have a head ache and leave with no headache from the great shoulder and head massage.

To move this from Good to Great, staff communication needs to be worked on. Greeting and introducing one's self, asking what massage pressure upfront. Staff could also wear nametags. If you hope to be tipped, make sure I know your name. There was also a mixup when we were called as to who was the couple being called. If reception staff were in fact paying attention on arrival, this would have been averted. And what could have been a potentially embarrassing situation completely avoided.

Excellent massage. Thank you. I would however suggest much better signage outside the property. The Sublime sign is tiny against a huge gate and it really doesn’t stand out! I drove past a few times before finally realizing.
