I’ve been visiting Jay for several months now both for deep tissue and Swedish massage and she is incredibly skilled at finding all the knotty bits and make me feel much more relaxed! Will definitely keep up my monthly visits as it’s made a huge difference to my overall wellbeing

Wish it was longer loved everything especially the head massage catered with all my needs and broken toe made sure I was comfortable and happy. Would definitely recommend.

The most incredible massage. I was in so much pain with my neck and back and after the massage with Jay I feel like a new person. The most amazing massage. Jays hands are magic and every stroke hits the exact spot! You will not be disappointed- especially if you like a firm massage (though she can adapt depending on what you want) 10/10!

Amazing! Somehow Jay manages to get rid of all the knots, tightness and aches, but at the same time the most relaxing massage ever. Always feel a hundred percent better after and gutted when it’s over 😊

Very calm and relaxed environment. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders due to my work and the Indian head massage really sorted that out. It was so relaxing I fell asleep !

I can fully recommend Jay as a massage therapist, as someone who gets a lot of massages, I think she’s the best in Wilmslow. Jay has a calming energy, so she sets the tone from the moment you enter the premises. The would highly recommend.

I have just had my 3rd massage with Jay at Sage Massage in Wilmslow. The room is spotlessly clean and comfortable. This creates a relaxed and calming atmosphere to unwind. Jay is very experienced in provided a first class massage. Jay is extremely professional and friendly and discusses what you require from the massage. I book a 90 minute Swedish Massage. I work in a job which causing tightness in my shoulders and back. Jay gets to work on the knots and by the end of the massage, I feel refreshed, relaxed with no tightness. I would 100% recommend Jay at Sage Massage for a quality massage.

I’ve had three full body deep tissue massages so far with Jay having never had any massage in my life before. Jay is a gifted masseuse and is very skilled at detecting the tense areas and works her magic to ease the issue. Honestly she is 10/10 and I’m definitely feeling much more relaxed and the ache in my feet, my back and neck have been miles better! Overall this has improved my confidence too - thanks Jay! I highly recommend you try the deep tissue massage with Jay, your body will thank you for it.

I have had 3 back and shoulder deep tissue massage sessions with Jay to release painful tension in my shoulders. The pain was released immediately and the tension is reducing dramatically following each session Jay knows exactly where to apply relevant pressures and her technique provides both a therapeutic and relaxing experience I would highly recommend Jay

I would highly recommend Sage massage. Jay is lovely and very friendly and makes you feel at ease. The set up in the massage room lends itself very well for relaxation and comfort. I first attended for a deep tissue massage. Jay’s expertise and knowledge perfectly dealt with the problematic areas. I now attend for a relaxing massage which is a real treat and a regular appointment in my diary!

I’ve been having regular deep tissue massages with Jay for over a year now and each one has been amazing. Jay is so lovely and creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Jay was so warm and welcoming. I would genuinely say this was the best massage I've ever had. She was the perfect balance of fixing my issues, whilst also providing the most relaxing and restorative treatment.
