Today, I treated myself to a Swedish massage, and it turned out to be such a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and Charlene was incredibly warm, gentle, and friendly throughout the session. I left feeling truly relaxed and cared for. Excellent service as always! I didn't realise before the session today just how tight some of my muscles were (such as my IT band.) Beata carefully worked with her hands, warm bamboo and a massage gun to help loosen some of my muscles and to flush out the toxins to help aid my recovery. I'd highly recommend her services to anyone! :)

I had an amazing deep tissue back massage today that truly felt like a full reset. The therapist was very skilled and attentive, making sure to focus on my specific areas of tension. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, with soft music and a lovely peaceful vibe throughout. She was highly professional and created such a comfortable environment. I left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed . I’ll definitely be returning!

Having had a few sessions now with B Therapy, and having had both leg and full body massages with her, I can highly recommend her expert services, which have been invaluable in helping to flush out the toxins and promote recovery from the constant training I've been doing!
