Elena was absolutely amazing, it was my first time here. I have suffered pain to my shoulder blades, back and neck - came for the deep tissue massage and it was the best thing i’ve done! I can already feel a difference in my body. Give me some great advice also on ways to continue to ease it myself at home. Good physio, good knowledge and very considerate over existing musculoskeletal problems & niggles. Very quick to find solutions and also took time to send some recovery exercises & future prevention techniques via email, after the appointment. I would recommend Vishnu for sports recovery, rehab and/or general wellbeing. Five star 👍

Used Fresha to find a massage as I was in town today and hadn’t had one for so long! Took a call from Ellie to warn me she was running slightly behind and to push the appointment back 15 mins, I really appreciated this. From the moment I arrived, Ellie explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable. The massage itself was the first deep tissue massage I’ve ever had and I left feeling like a new man! Elena is a lovely person who offers the best and most professional service. I felt safe and relaxed throughout the session, we also had some fun and interesting conversations about tattoos and all sorts of things. The massage itself was of outstanding quality, really helping to break up tension and release the knots in my back for example. Perfect break from hard labour, this is exactly the kind of recovery I needed. Elena can adjust the strength and intensity of her therapy for you, tweaking it to suit your specific needs and health. I have recommended her to others and will return myself.

Highly recommend Act2Recovery! I was struggling with persistent knee pain and aching legs from sitting for long hours at my office desk. Been to a few physios in the past and Jack is one of the best by far, give me some exercises to do at gym which have really helped my shoulder and lower back pain, couldn’t recommend enough 👍👍

Elena was so welcoming, making you feel at ease from the second you walk in. I had a Swedish massage and Indian head massage and could feel the benefits straight away. Elena regularly checked in to ensure I was comfortable and explained what she was doing as well as providing useful aftercare tips. It was my first time visiting and I will definitely be booking again!
