"I’ve been visiting Paige at The Luma Practice for a year now for a stubborn plantar fasciitis injury, and the progress has been incredible. I started with sports massage and eventually moved into cupping and red light therapy. Most notably, Paige helped me overcome a massive fear of needles to start acupuncture—I've gone from being terrified to now doing 10 sessions a month! Paige is a total 'encyclopedia' of knowledge; she explains everything clearly and has truly educated me on the vital importance of rest and recovery. I can’t recommend her enough for anyone dealing with chronic pain

Been a reg client for about 4 months now recently I had a injury (plantar fasciitis) and what a difference Paige as made to my recovery ( red light therapy, cupping , acupuncture and message spread across the sessions )Paige knowledge is another level and explains everything regarding after care away from lumi healing .
