Michael has been excellent over the last ten weeks providing excellent massages in preparation for London Marathon, has sorted out any niggles or pain very quickly. Highly recommended and will use him for many years to come, a 10/10 service.

I had an exceptional experience. The atmosphere was truly inviting, with a spa room setting that provided a serene and luxurious environment—far superior to typical therapy room settings. The lovely music and calming ambiance made the experience even more soothing. Massage was incredibly rejuvenating, and I haven’t had such a high-quality massage in a long time. Masseuse was fantastic, delivering a perfect balance of relaxation and deep tissue work. The facial was equally impressive, leaving my skin feeling refreshed and revitalized. I had an incredible deep tissue massage at Adara. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful the staff were, making sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return. Always made to feel so welcome but I must say it was extremely hot inside. There was a couple of fans but these were so small and of little use to keep the clients & more the girls cool. Very disappointing that there is no air con in the salon. Also the flooring felt unsafe in some areas as it had lifted and I nearly caught my foot on a lifted floorboard. Was told that there had been a leak but this should have been addressed by now. A bit disappointing but the girls are always smiling & very professional , even if they are finding it hard to work in this heat. Well done girls

I have had 50+ deep tissue massages from 10+ therapists over the years of being a self employed painter and that was hands down the best. What has really got me is that I have had steroid injections in my wrists for constant pain and nobody other than Andrea has suggested it could be nerve impingement and she said that within 10 minutes into the session. She traced the nerve from my shoulder to the wrist and after working on it I can’t believe how much better it feels. For my wrist alone that’s a big win both physically and mentally and a great start. Can’t recommend this lady highly enough..

Where do I begin. The environment, the professionalism, the results. Yasmin is incredibly knowledgeable takes good care and everytime offers an incredible treatment. I have had the Dermaplane/Microneedling facial and deep tissue massage and I came out brand new with incredible results in my skin and enhanced my performance when training after the release of muscles I didn’t even know where right haha! Highly recommend All Glown Up!
