Amazing Deep Tissue Massage! I had intense muscle pain in my shoulder and neck, and Bella worked wonders. Her deep tissue technique was incredibly effective—this was my second visit, and I already feel so much better. Bella is truly skilled and attentive. I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Sacred Lotus is a beautiful space - a hidden gem in Pitshanger and I’m so happy to have discovered it! My Reflexology appointment with Andrea was amazing - I’ve been looking for a good reflexologist in London for so long - but am thrilled to have found Andrea as she is fantastic. A beautiful, healing treatment which I loved. I will definitely be back to Sacred Lotus!

Had another 90min deep tissue but he did not clock watch. Valer gave a firm & thorough massage reaching all my problem areas with focus on shoulders & lower back as per my request. Knots were found & removed & tension from quads, lower back & hips removed just like that I also opted for a facial cleanse. Never done anything like this but he explained each part of the process & made it a painless and great experience from start to finish. He uses a variety of cleansers, creams, a mask & others. Immediately after my skin looked much clearer & soft to touch. I will try a different type next time

Excellent Experience The stylist was welcoming and offered helpful suggestions about my hair. He listened to my concerns and took that all onboard and listened to what I wanted and made sure every snip was perfect. I’ve been strength training around three times a week, so I regularly deal with tight and sore muscles. I had a sports massage with Veleriu and he really took the time to work on the areas that were particularly tight and knew exactly where the tension was coming from. He’s friendly, professional, and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ll definitely be booking another session and would highly recommend him, especially if you train regularly.

I really look forward to my reflexology treatment with Andrea. Following discussion, Andrea based the latest treatment around my migraine symptoms which had been developing beforehand. Following treatment my 'headiness' disappeared within an hour of leaving the salon. I cannot recommend Andrea more highly. It is by far the most relaxing treatment I have ever had and she has such a lovely caring manner. An hour of perfect relaxation and bliss in a very calming environment. Thank you Andrea.

I took my mum to get her hair corrected and look good for an upcoming wedding, the appointment was booked months ago and I had two consultation with Neesa and Anu to discuss what we should do with her hair… I have full faith and trust with the ladies at Zaira Rose (as they did wonders with my hair), so I left it in their good hands. The ladies at Zaira Rose looked after my mum, made her feel really comfortable and did and absolute fabulous job in her hair… they made her look younger again and she was almost in tears as the transformation was phenomenal x
