Another great physio appt with Lewis. We went through a weights and stretching programme that I have been doing via the app and then Lewis gave my lower back a deep tissue massage. I felt a lot better than when I arrived.

First session with Cameron and i have to say that it was great! Deep tissue treatment carried out on some injuries and gave some advice for additional stretching excersises even though he doesnt have to for i did not book an fysio session. This makes it definitely easier to find a spot for deep tissue sessions for they both know what they are doing at Peak. Definitely recommend!

I have been seeing Molly for quite a while now after visiting previous physios who didn’t seem to listen or offer any advice. She is extremely knowledgeable and fantastic at her job. Molly has always made me feel extremely comfortable and really listens to any concerns. The clinic is lovely, clean and in a great location. 100% recommend.

I have recently been for a full body MOT and I cannot recommend Lewis enough! He was very professional and knowledgeable throughout my treatment and even picked up on issues before I had even noticed them myself. After following the personalised exercises Lewis gave me, I am happy to say I have improved both the issue I went in with and the extra weakness Lewis picked up. I would highly recommend.

Molly was great to chat to and took the time to really understand my concerns and offer advice. She was very accommodating with my awkward booking times, and the massage itself was brilliant, especially as it was my first one! I’ll definitely be back.

The first time in months today that ive got out of bed and put my feet to the floor without them being so sore I could barely walk. Also im sure my shoulders have dropped by at least 2 inches and moving them is lots easier. Molly is a miracle worker. Thank you so much xxx
