Have been coming to Claire for treatment for a while. She is very professional but has a very calm friendly demeanour. Above all, the treatment has really got me back on the straight and narrow! Cannot recommend her enough.

Am so pleased - just had two large Sebhorreic keratoses and about 10 skin tags removed. Only mildly painful. Don't know why I didn't get it done years ago!

My treatment with Helen was superb. Prior to the appointment we had discussions about my health conditions and how the treatment would be tailored to work with them. On the day a further consultation was done to follow up. The treatment itself was thoroughly relaxing, I left feeling calm, refreshed and unknotted 🤩

I had the best treatment with Alice. I was so lucky to be the winner of a giveaway and it came at the most perfect time; right after a long haul flight. I left floating! I’ve been suffering with chronic pain in my left hip for some years now, this was after an accident and due to the injury being neglected, the joint has become very stiff and sore to work with, Helen’s work with the Sarga technique was and is amazing, so much more strength and consistent pressure skimming across my fascia, I felt instantly relaxed, Helen’s intuition was great, she knew instantly when to ease off and apply more when needed. Thank you Helen, I will be back, and referring you to friends and family.

Charlotte was fantastic. Since having my baby, my neck and shoulders have suffered due to the demands of breastfeeding. Within 45 minutes, Charlotte had released 9 months of built up muscle tension. Thank you so much! It was worth the military operation and organisation to attend this appointment!

The sarga massage was fascinating. It was very relaxing despite Helen being able to get deep into fascial tissue. I felt extremely exhausted after the massage: I’m guessing because it was shifting ‘stuck’ fascia. I’ll be back to experience more.

The best massage in Brighton in my opinion. Alice makes you feel totally relaxed before the treatment’s even begun. The foot massage ‘add on’ sent me to sleep :)
