My experience at the salon was great! The staff are very friendly and I had a lovely head, back and shoulder massage while I did my mani/pedi. The salon was very clean and spacious. My experience with the booking through Fresha wasn't as great... the promotions on the site were not available at the salon - luckily they offered 15% discount with Fazaa - and the directions to the salon on the website are completely off - get directions from Google instead!

Good Service ✌️. But we have some concerns for future improvement. 1). Neck & Shoulder Massage instead of 15mins i got it only for 9mins to be exact 6:31pm till 6:40pm. 2).Suggest or Recommend to the customer that wearing of white shirt is not recommended while having a neck& shoulder massage because after that your shirt willl have a orange stain on it. 3).Nail polish,after my wife took a bath the nail polish peeled off. im not angry or upset about the services it's just a concern 😊 seeyou next time

Super happy with Albina’s work as usual, she’s my go-to at Remedy Room! Anzel also did great, she took her time and paid very close attention to detail. Gave a super relaxing massage afterwards! Very satisfied with the service and staff as always. Special thanks to the receptionist as well.
