Booked myself in for a wee de-stress day at Recover Massage Clinic for a Himalayan salt hot stone massage and a crystal facial. Don’t think I’ve felt this relaxed in my life. Couldn’t recommend a treatment with Vanessa more, definitely will be back 🧖🏻‍♀️ ❤️

Had both a full body hot stones and an hours Indian head massage by Caitlin and it was absolutely fantastic. Melted all my stress and tensions away. I’ve so relaxed since and I know I will get a great sleep tonight. I booked my next appointments before I left! Highly reckomwnt Caitlin and Parl West Spa. I felt completely relaxed and tension free lighter I hold all my tension in my neck and I defo feel like it was eased I’ll be back for another one it was amazing and it’s always a relaxing atmosphere, Tina is very friendly and welcoming very easy to talk to. Medik8 facial was just as soothing and relaxing with shiatsu pressure point massage nd arm/hand massage. Skin looks great . Already booked next appointment!
