I visited Knead in Vancouver for the second time, and the experience was just as amazing. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, setting a great tone from the start. My massage therapist, Ava, was highly skilled and truly put her energy into the session. Her expertise made a noticeable difference, leaving me deeply relaxed—so much so that I forgot my belongings twice. I highly recommend Knead, especially Ava, for anyone looking for a high-quality massage. I’ll definitely be back.

This is by far the best waxing experience I’ve had in a long time! Having moved to Vancouver from Western Australia in March, I’ve been really nervous about finding a new salon to go to as I’ve had MANY bad experiences in the past. Sam COMPLETELY changed that for me. She was amazing. SO quick and I have absolutely zero complaints. Left with an eyebrow massage and a free chai tea! (I got home about 10 minutes ago so that’s how happy I am with the service!) Even the warm welcome at reception was amazing! Thanks SO much! I was nervous going in because I just recently moved to Vancouver; I've only trusted a few select people with my eyebrows but seeing all the wonderful reviews, I decided to take the plunge and book with Sam. It was my first time doing eyebrow threading and it's so much better than waxing! Sam was fantastic, she was very gentle, I got a little massage after, and my eyebrows look amazing! Gary was great! I felt very relaxed during the foot massage and especially afterwards. The pressure was perfect, and she massaged the muscles that were tense releasing them. I will definitely be coming again.

Amazing back facial! From start to finish it was the best back facial I have ever had. My back was cleansed and exfoliated and this was followed by extractions then massaged and a masque applied. I needed it to wear a backless dress and I am extremely happy with the results! I will be booking follow up appointments and will definitely also have an actual facial as I am sure this will be as amazing as my back facial was today.
