Nervous System Reset with Leah. It’s hard to explain, but I left feeling like something had truly shifted. I’ve had countless treatments over the years that never quite got to the root of the issue, but this felt completely different. Leah is incredibly gifted at what she does and you can feel how much she genuinely cares about the people she works with. As a therapist myself, I’m very particular about who I recommend, and I honestly cannot recommend Leah highly enough. I will absolutely be back. ♥️

I absolutely LOVED my hot stone massage. Such an amazing m massage in a lovely space! I felt so relaxed and it really worked out the tension in my back! Meg made me feel so comfortable and at ease, my first time waving was not a painful one! Everything was explained and friendly throughout, all over and done quickly with the perfect smooth finish. I cannot rate her enough, I will always be back for another wax. Love love love her.

Rachel is so warm and welcoming, she made me feel very comfortable. I had a back and shoulder massage with a facial. My shoulders were so knotted and tight. Rachel managed to get the knots and tension out, I asked for a firm massage to release the tension and whilst it was firm, it was still so relaxing, throughout! After one massage my back and shoulder area, feels a million times better. The facial was also fantastic, my skin feels amazing! It was honestly the best treatment I’ve had! The massage shed is a beautiful and relaxing space. Highly recommend!

My first visit and I absolutely loved it. Leah was just wonderful and I felt totally ease. She was empathetic and listened to me. I hold all my tension in my neck and it has become so bad my movement is restricted. Leah knew exactly what to do and really worked the areas needed. Another amazing massage from Rachel. This time I was lucky for my appointment to aline with Rachel’s new treatment TMJ release. My jaw had been so tense for weeks. Along with headaches and neck stiffness. I felt an instance ease of tension. With a lot more movement in my jaw. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place! Had an amazing facial . The facial was definitely one of the best I’ve had and included steam treatment, great products and AMAZING ‘ice globes’! Leah is so nice and welcoming. Also had a back massage which was great. Feeling VERY relaxed and already booked my next appointment. Highly recommend.

I have a massage not necessarily for aches and pains but to switch off from my day to day! Thanks to Rachel I am able to fully switch off from the outside world, the studio is very calmly and Rachel is so warm and friendly it makes it easy to relax. I have been known to fall asleep during sessions which is a credit to Rachel. Thank you

Had a brilliant massage with Leah this week. Everything was handled in a way that felt comfortable and grounded as it always does! The atmosphere was calm and relaxed. At my request for music choice she put on trance music, which for me is exactly the right kind of switch-off and makes me feel spiritual. Then she focused on my shoulders, where all my work stress lives rent-free. Leah genuinely relieved the tension I’d been carrying, and I left feeling lighter, calmer, and far less wound up than when I arrived. Shame I had to go back to work afterwards. Would absolutely recommend!
