Adele is amazing, professional and expert in aesthetics, such a friendly person also making myself feel at ease during the process, have been going to her for years for 1ml lip fillers, always get compliments, makes my lips perfect giving myself confidence, minimal pain during procedures and full explanation and advice before, during and after procedure, after care is spot on as well. Could not recommend enough. If your looking for a qualified aesthetics nurse with experience to make your dreams fulfilled then Adele is the person to visit. Will be back.

It was my first time getting a spa and honestly from the moment I stepped in everyone made me feel so welcomed. The zen hair spa was amazing, my therapist was Olivia and she was amazing, also after my session I met Lois who was so sweet and kind. I would rate my experience 10/10 and would love to come back🫶🏻

I’ve had a lot of massages in my life, but my 2-hour full body deep tissue massage with Em was absolutely incredible. The business itself is so lovely, and I felt at ease the moment I stepped through the door. Em took the time to ask about my aches and pains and really listened. Throughout the session, she worked deeply and with so much care on the problem areas, and I could actually feel the knots melting away. By the end, I felt like I was 10 years younger—lighter, looser, and completely renewed. Em puts in real effort and skill, and it shows. I will definitely be back again!

I had a great experience today and I’m extremely happy with the treatment I received. She immediately made me feel comfortable, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained everything very clearly throughout the session. I had a lot of tension in my back, shoulders, and neck, and after just one appointment I already felt a real difference. We worked on several painful tension points, and although I know this is a process that will require more sessions, today’s treatment already helped me a lot. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist.

I had a facial with Laura and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. The setting was calm and relaxing, which instantly put me at ease. Laura took the time to explain everything she was doing and tailored the treatment to my skin’s specific needs, which I really appreciated. She is warm, kind, and clearly knows her craft. I haven’t been able to go for about 4 months due to healing from surgery. Today was my first session back with Serhii and I feel like A NEW WOMAN already! I feel incredible with immediate relief from my shoulder pain. He is THE BEST! Absolutely gorgeous! The treatment that just kept giving I had the ultimate self care day- so worth it! I love to get massages, facials and things but never really thought about my scalp and the role it plays in my wellbeing- But I will be from now on! Felt the tension wash away from my scalp, the products smell amazing Chloe was gorgeous too and really knowledgable about needs and products etc all the girls as soon as your enter are lovely. AMAZING 🤩 STACEY HAS MASSEUSE SUPERPOWERS!🦸‍♀️ Due to various debilitating medical conditions my muscles go in to spasm repeatedly leaving me in agony, especially my back, shoulders & neck which cause cervicogenic migraines. After googling for a massage therapist close to Heswall yesterday after a really rough few days in agony ‘The Peace Retreat’ popped up via a link to Fresha, which I’ve never used before, but on reading the reviews I booked and OMG Stacey has worked wonders 🥳. I had the back,neck & shoulder tension melt & added in the Indian head massage, I’ve already booked another! 5*

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Jess was so welcoming and knowledgeable, giving me time to settle in and explaining all the steps. I had the express facial which left my skin feeling incredible and the Japanese head spa was gorgeous; so relaxing - my scalp has never felt better. I will definitely be coming back!

One of the most refreshing and relaxing experiences, even from waking into the salon everyone is very welcoming and friendly and puts you at ease from the get go. It was my first time using Absolute Thai and I highly recommend. Went in for neck, back and shoulders but you also get the whole experience. She works all over your body before starting on the specific areas. The stretching throughout the massage is amazing, I walked out feeling relaxed and I swear taller. The pressure was amazing, and she asked if it was ok and would adjust if needed. Honestly five stars all round. I will be back.

I had my first treatment at The Peace Retreat today, The Crown Calm Ritual. From the minute I arrived, I was made to feel so welcome and looked after so I was put at ease straight away. I have had so many massages around the Wirral due to always struggling with constant pain and poor posture, and trying to find the right person is difficult. Serhii is the perfect person for getting rid of any tension or pain. He is INCREDIBLE!! Serhii is extremely professional, knowledgeable and truly has healing hands!! I feel like a new woman from just two sessions. Also it was cold outside, he even heated my shoes for me so they were warm on my feet when I left! LITERALLY THE BEST PERSON TO EVER GO TO FOR A MASSAGE ON THE WIRRAL!!!!!! Highly recommend!! 5 star service! Thank you again!

I've had several massages from Stacey, but today I chose a double treatment. I booked a maintenance massage and an Indian head massage. The maintenance massage was just what I needed to relax and helped me get rid of my aches and pains, especially across my back and shoulders. I felt amazing afterwards. The Indian head massage was great and I could believe just how much tension I held in my scalp, I also really enjoyed the face massage. I can't wait to book my next session. Thank you!
