Great haircut. I was visiting Coventry from Cambridge and booked in a couple of days ago as I'd been to my local hairdressers and had a really bad cut earlier in the week. Hair Lab and House of Beauty was excellent. Thank you (my confirmation said it was with Jenny). Very happy customer. Will have to wait until my next trip to Coventry for my next haircut now!!

Both myself and my 15 year old daughter have massages with Cheryl. She is the best we’ve ever had. Great pressure, brilliant flow and works really hard to ease up on any tension. My daughter has not long got back from her massage and said Cheryl is just amazing and her neck and and back are feeling a lot looser already. Going to book her back in for a birthday treat and myself soon. Thank u Cheryl xx

I had the Japanese Head Spa Indulgence with Susan and it was such a relaxing experience. From start to finish, I felt completely at ease, and the treatment was incredibly soothing. Had problems parking and then getting into Skindeep due to roadworks and temporary traffic lights - clearly beyond anyone's control. Walked into an empty reception and called and waited for a good 5 minutes before going back outside and ringing the bell again. Once I was welcomed, the procedure was fully explained before treatment began. I had no previous experience of HIFU so was surprised somewhat by the sensation (sometimes unpleasant) around the jawbone. I had the Spa Pedicure with Paraffin Wax and a Manicure with Susan, and it was a wonderful experience. Susan was friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the appointment. The paraffin wax treatment felt incredibly soothing and left my feet feeling soft and refreshed My manicure and pedicure were done with great care, and I left feeling pampered and relaxed. A.M.A.Z.I.N.G😇!!! For the last year i have been having remote Reike sesions from spain with this wonderful woman. Never did.i think I wud benifit so much from it,an feel so positive about it. I was that impressed after numerous sessions that while in the UK I decided to book in for a actual physical session. I had problems with my feet and back,so booked in for a full body massage and a bit of reflexology. We'll let me tell u it was the best relief an relaxation I have ever had!. So Cheryl thank you so much I feel like a new woman today🙏 I'll be booking in again in 2 weeks b4 I head home!

I had the HydraFacial Deluxe (with LED & Booster) with Merita, and it was a fantastic experience. Merita was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the treatment. The facial was relaxing, and my skin felt deeply cleansed, refreshed, and hydrated afterwards. The LED treatment and booster were a great addition, leaving my skin looking brighter and feeling incredibly smooth. I left feeling pampered and very happy with the results. Cheryl was incredibly welcoming, professional and talented with her work. The environment was relaxing and calm. Her massage was amazing and her ability to find flaws in your muscles and joints you never realized had become so apparent was amazing. Cheryl was good at explaining each step, offering advice for home self care to, easy to chat to about day to day life and overall just really great to get on with making the whole experience as relaxing as possible while releasing a lot of tension throughout my body. Will definitely be returning to keep working on getting my muscles to fully relax
