I had a full body laser hair removal treatment at Swiss Laser, and it was my first time, so I was quite nervous. Safa and Mariha were absolutely amazing — they were kind, patient, and explained everything clearly, which really helped put me at ease. The results are amazing, and the whole experience was so much better than I expected. Everyone at Swiss Laser was lovely and welcoming. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering laser hair removal, especially if it’s your first time. You won't regret it!

The best BIAB nails in Birmingham in my opinion. Had mine on for almost 4 weeks before infill appointment and they haven’t lifted at all. Meticulously done. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Yesterday was my last laser session with practitioner Safa and honestly, I could not be happier with the results. Safa has been extremely accommodating and caring throughout the whole process. Any questions I had she answered within minutes on whatsapp or in person. She eased all my concerns and doubts about the laser treatment in itself. I genuinely believe she provided an excellent service even her attention to detail was immaculate. I could not recommend her more!!!

I finally had the opportunity to book a full-body massage with Anastasia today, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the entire experience was incredibly relaxing, and Anastasia made me feel completely at ease throughout. The massage itself was amazing, and the beautiful in-house essential oils left my skin feeling unbelievably soft and delicately fragrant.
