Tamzin was great and did an amazing job getting myself and my bridesmaid wedding ready. Our hair and makeup lasted the whole day and night and I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Would highly recommend, Tamzin was was very patient with the kids running around and really helpful, I can’t thank her enough. Thank you for helping to make my big day a great one x

I've had various treatments with lola spanning quite a few years now. It's always a pleasure going there and lola is brilliant at putting you at ease. I've had treatments ranging from nail treatments, various waxing and full makeup for my 50th birthday party. Lola is lovely and I'm always very happy with the service she provides.

First time ever getting my makeup done & it’s for my friends wedding… Lola nailed it! It looks lovely, Lola was really professional but also very friendly. I’ll definitely visit again & would recommend.

This was my first visit. Megan was my hairdresser. She asked lots of questions about what I wanted and took time to make sure I was happy before she started cutting. We chatted whilst she was doing my hair. Lovely appointment and I will definitely be back for another cut with Megan.

Elaine was, as always, excellent today. I am 63, have very fine hair, and many hairdressers find it hard to make it look good. I have a mixture of bleach, high lift and the other third my natural colour. Elaine has so much experience and knowledge, which she has imparted to me. I have had highlights in previous years and found hair coming out on my brush through over bleaching. I don’t lose any at all now. She really is at the top of her profession and is also a very nice and easy going person. I recommend her 💯 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Lola knows what she is talking about when it comes to make up on a mature face as I don’t wear much make up she put me at ease,she is very welcoming would definitely go again.

I had laminated brows & tint/wax, lash uplift/tint and BIAB gel French manicure. My brows and lashes are phenomenal! I get married this weekend, and this just makes me look so much more polished. My nails are really comfortable and classy. I y took Jade no time to apply the gel and make them look perfect. I’ve had Jade do my treatments a couple of times now, and she is a lovely, professional and friendly person. I’m always looked after and leave feeling fab. Thank you ❤️

Massive thank you to Libby at The Hair Gallery in Waltham today. For beautifully taming my unruly mane 🦁 Taking me from a very warm faded auburn to creamy blonde with a smudged root for low maintenance up keep! She absolutely nailed it! 🙌🏻 Practically identical to the inspiration photos I showed and my hair feels so so good! Complete 10/10 experience. Lola is so lovely, listened to what I was looking for and then did even better than what I was hoping for! Great at explaining the different options and helping me to get ideas for my next visit. A lovely environment has been set up and Lola makes it such a relaxing, happy space. Lovely to talk to and my appointment flew by! Absolutely love the nails she’s done for me and I’m already booking my next nail appointment and a facial. Would 100% recommend :)

Brilliant. Elaine highlighted my hair plus a cut and blow dry. My hair is very fine indeed and she made a first rate job of it. Earlier in 2023 a private hairdresser bleached my hair to a pale shade of orange; it was horrendous and I lost all confidence in letting anyone near my hair. However, Elaine has years of experience and knew precisely what to do. I felt 100% confident in her abilities and she lived up to my expectations. All the staff are very well trained and I would recommend this salon to anyone.
